12.1 The funjili Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. funjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 If funjili becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the personal data in question, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.
